I bought this for my Para Ord LTC. No modification to the part needed, however I did need to shave the top of the grip panel for clearance. Excellent part! Part finish almost matches my stainless fire controls exactly. Very pleased!

I bought this for my Taurus PT 1911 AR on which I have a Hogue wrap around rubber grip. It fit in perfectly with no adjustments to the grip or the pistol. It makes a huge difference for your thumb when operating the Slide Release. I had a very hard time reaching the stock Slide Release but this brings it right up to your thumb. I would recommend this product for anyone who has problems with a stock 1911 Slide Release. Shipping was prompt and I could not be happier with the website they sent me an email when it shipped on Saturday and it was at my door on Monday.

Had to do some minor work with a bench grinder for it to clear my grip. Otherwise great. Wouldve given 5 stars if not for the fitting issue

I love this slide release... it matches the thumb safety on my SS Taurus 1911 almost perfectly AND now after a mag change I can release the slide without having to adjust my grip AT ALL or having to pull back on the slide(which is slower than just hitting the release button now)!
