If you are serious about shooting, these rings will lock your scope down tight without damaging the scope. The factory rings are just OK. These are much better - especially on rifles with recoil in excess of 25 ft. lb. I have four Tikka T-3''s and use these on all of them. The extra cost is worth it to me!
