Reel was exactly what was ordered. It took a little while to show up but 1 call to customer service took care of that. Shipping was expedited after that and I not only received and e-mail with the shipping information but a phone call was well from the CSR that I spoke to apologize for the delay in shipping and to inform me that the product had shipped.
Overall very happy with this company and I will be using them again.
