ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit any of our websites or send e-mails to us, you are communicating
with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us
electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all
agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you
electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in
writing. TGSCOM, Inc. is not responsible for
lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable e-mails nor is TGSCOM, Inc.
responsible for errors, omissions, mistyped, or misspelled e-mail addresses.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
An electronic signature is a process by which a customer signs their order via the Internet,
indicating that they have read and agree to our posted Terms & Conditions.
How does the electronic signature process work?
You will submit your electronic signature by reviewing our Terms & Conditions
(including, but not limited to, our Return Policy and Cancellation Policy) and checking
box(es) and/or clicking buttons where indicated. Each signature is a one-time event and
will only be used to certify that you agree to our Terms & Conditions that govern the order
you place with our company or bind request.
You may print a copy of our Terms & Conditions at the time of order placement if you so choose.
The Terms & Conditions may also be accessed at this page for your review before or after placing an order.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT STATEMENT
You consent and agree that your use of a key pad, mouse, or other device to select an item,
button, icon, checkbox, to enter text, or to perform a similar act/action while
using any TGSCOM Inc. owned/operated website, for the purpose of accessing or
making any transactions regarding any agreement, acknowledgment, consent, terms, disclosures,

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from any website owned or operated by
TGSCOM,
Inc. are made
pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for
such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

and its affiliates attempt to be
as accurate as possible. However,
TGSCOM, Inc.
does not warrant that product
descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable,
current, or error-free. If a product offered by
TGSCOM,

itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in
unused condition.
PRICING
Despite our best
efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an
item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our
discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your
order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies
to any and all products sold and shipped by TGSCOM, Inc. and its affiliates.
In an effort to
continually provide our customers with the most current pricing and inventory
status, we reserve the right to “refresh” or update any bookmarked content when
the customer returns to the page containing said content. This policy more
specifically applies to the 'shopping cart' feature of our websites. Some
customers choose to place one or more items into the shopping cart on our
website and then either bookmark the “View Cart” page within their Internet
browser or navigate away from our website and return at a later time. Items
placed into the shopping cart are stored there for 30 days as a convenience to
our customers. Prices are subject to change at anytime. As such, when a customer
returns to the shopping cart, via a bookmark or otherwise, we will display the
most current pricing and pertinent item information.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
PRICE MATCHING
TGSCOM, Inc.
and its affiliates do not have a
price-matching policy at this time. We do, however, consistently work toward
maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.
QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
TGSCOM, Inc. does not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single
title or on large orders of many individual titles. Also, please note that the
availability listings on all TGSCOM, Inc. websites are intended for single-copy
orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble.
CONFIRMING PRICES
Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed
on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from
the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an
item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also
possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your
cart and the time you purchase it. Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also,
as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its
availability,

and its affiliate’s price will
necessarily change on occasion.
With respect to items sold by
TGSCOM, Inc.
and its affiliates, we cannot
confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your
credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our

RETURN POLICY
You may return new, unused (not installed) items
ONLY with prior authorization from our Returns
Department. Returned packages
must be postmarked within 14 days from the date the items were shipped to you. Once you have been authorized to return
items, you will receive an e-mail containing your RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) Number and return instructions. The RMA Number
must
be written on the outside of the
shipping package when returned to:

Please do
NOT write your RMA Number on merchandise; if
the number is on the merchandise it will be returned to you without credit. If items are
returned without an RMA Number, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. TGSCOM
Inc. does not refund shipping unless it is our error (as determined by TGSCOM
Inc.).
The items must be in the original
packaging and the packaging cannot be cut or destroyed in any way.
If items are received in a condition
other than how they were shipped, the items will be returned you without credit.
We will send pre-paid return shipping labels ONLY if the return is a result of our error (sent wrong item, sent
to wrong address/FFL dealer, duplicate order, etc., as determined by TGSCOM
Inc.). Items received outside of the 14-day return window will be returned to
you without credit.
If you received a defective item, you
will need to contact the manufacturer of the product directly to arrange for a
replacement; most products carry a manufacturer warranty. TGSCOM Inc. does not
handle manufacturer defects or warranties.
Refunds will be processed within 2
business days of the return being delivered to our location. Once issued, you
will be sent an e-mail notification of the refund. It may take several days or
longer for the refund to post to your account, depending on your financial
institution. If you paid via USPS money order, your refund will be issued via
check and may take 7-10 mailing days to receive.
All returns are subject to a 15% (25%
for firearms) restocking fee (See “Restocking Fees”). The Returns Department can

FIREARM RETURN POLICY
A firearm CANNOT be returned if it has left the FFL
dealer; if there is a problem with the firearm after you've left the dealer, you
will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
·
Before you proceed with the transfer, make certain that you inspect the firearm
thoroughly, to ensure that it is the correct item and free of defects.
·
If you leave the FFL dealer with the firearm and there are defects, you will
have to contact the manufacturer directly.
·
If your paperwork or background check is denied, you must pay return shipping
back to TGSCOM Inc.
·
We do
NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees for any
reason. You are responsible for any contract/negotiation with your FFL dealer.
·
There is a 25% restocking fee on returns of all firearms, once a return has been
authorized.
Please note that when you place an order
for a firearm, it is solely your responsibility to contact your chosen FFL
dealer (before shipment
occurs!) to ensure that they
are willing and able to accept the transfer on your behalf. You are also
responsible for ensuring the firearm is legal to own in your area.
If we ship a firearm to your chosen
dealer and the package must be returned to us as a result of your error,
you will be charged for the
additional costs incurred with the return shipment. (original shipping cannot be refunded)
Examples of this include, but are not
limited to, the following:

FFL dealer is on vacation or no longer in business upon package arrival.
·
FFL dealer refuses shipment.
·
Background check is denied/failed
·
You choose to change dealers after shipment has occurred.
·
Firearm is determined (after shipment) to be illegal in your area.
·
Other situations that are a result of customer error, as determined by TGSCOM
Inc.
Please note that firearm shipments cannot, under any circumstance, be redirected
to an alternate dealer once they have left our warehouse – firearms must be sent
back to our warehouse and then out to the new dealer.
Not all FFL dealers listed in our database have an
active/valid FFL or accept transfers. Therefore, we must insist that you contact
your preferred dealer
prior
to order
placement.
RESTOCKING FEES
Non-firearm items are subject to a 15% restocking
fee (25% w/out RMA). Firearms are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items returned in a condition other than how they were shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee or return denial (at our discretion)
EXCHANGES
TGSCOM Inc. does not offer swaps, exchanges or replacements on items. If you
wish, a Customer Support Team Member may assist you in placing a new order for
the correct merchandise before you receive your refund for the incorrect
merchandise.
CANCELING ORDERS/CANCELLATION FEES
To request cancellation of an order
please contact our Customer Support Team via telephone at 1-800-518-3808
extensions 329 or 328, M-F 8AM to 8PM CST. For verification purposes, you will
be asked to provide your full name, complete billing and shipping addresses as
well as the last four digits of the credit card used to place the order. Once
the proper information is verified, your order will be canceled within 24 hours.
Please note that we are unable to complete any cancellations via e-mail or fax.
No cancellation fees will be applied if
the item(s) being canceled are on backorder.
There will be a
15%
cancellation fee on all canceled
non-firearm
orders that are currently
processing or that have been shipped.
There will be a
25%
cancellation fee on all canceled
firearm
orders
that are currently processing or that have been shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel firearm
orders when a customer fails to provide a Federal Firearms License (FFL) from
their firearm transfer dealer. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact
customers for their FFL when firearms are ready to be shipped. TGSCOM, Inc.
reserves the right to decide what constitutes a reasonable attempt. Customers
have up to 7 business days (M-F) to provide a FFL, from the time that the
firearm is in-stock and ready to be shipped. This 7 business day timeframe requirement may be shorter/longer for specific promotions as advertised. Canceled firearm orders will be
subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25%.
TGSCOM, Inc. reserves the right
to refuse, delay, or cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.
SHIPPING
We reserve the right to ship orders
through the carrier of our choice; however most orders will ship via USPS First
Class Mail, FedEx Ground and/or FedEx Express. We do not offer expedited shipping.
All in-stock items will arrive in
approximately 7-10 business days from when you place the order, depending on
your location.
For backorder and not in-stock items:
Your items will arrive in approximately 2-7 business days,
after the item ships

Smaller orders (based on total weight)
and any orders that must ship to a P.O. Box are shipped via the U.S. Postal
Service. All long guns (rifles & shotguns), handguns, as well as heavy items and
larger orders (based on total weight) are shipped FedEx. We do not offer
expedited shipping.
On orders that do not contain firearms,
our system automatically calculates your shipping based on your order total. The

You will receive an email notification
when your order is shipped.
We do not send tracking information on firearms.
The e-mail will include basic
information such as the ship-to address and a tracking / confirmation number.
We reserve the right to break-up any order and send partial shipments based on
product availability.
Split shipments will not incur additional shipping charges if
we
initiate the split. If the customer
requests that an order is split, additional shipping fees may be added to the
order.
TGSCOM, Inc. is not responsible for
shipping delays as a result of weather or other events beyond our control (such
as holiday shipping rushes, etc.). TGSCOM, Inc. is unable to guarantee
delivery of an order by a certain date or time. Please note that errors or
omissions in the Shipping Address supplied to TGSCOM, Inc. may result in
shipping delays and TGSCOM, Inc. is not responsible for such errors or the
resulting delays that may occur.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts will not be applied on items
after
the order has been placed. Discounts must
be applied while placing the order.
PURCHASER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for knowing the laws in your own state, county, city, etc. BEFORE placing, ensuring that your purchase is legal in your area.
If you have any questions, contact your local FFL dealer or law enforcement agency before you order.
(Example: Maryland requires fired casings with the purchase of any new
firearm-so if you order a firearm for the state of Maryland, be certain it has
fired casings). Should a firearm need to be returned because it is illegal in your area, a restocking fee will apply. See "Restocking Fees".
BILLING
Our charge appears on your credit card statement as “TGSCOM”. Your credit card
account may reflect an
authorization for the amount
of your purchase after your order has been placed. An authorization ensures the validity of your card.
The actual charge will not
appear on your statement until your order is ready to ship from our warehouse.
If you order using a debit/check card,
the authorization will put a hold or freeze on that amount until your card is
actually charged. If you have any questions regarding authorizations or charges,
please contact the institution that issued your credit/debit card.
